Consultation has concluded

This consultation runs from 2 February to 15 March.

For most people Tunbridge Wells is a great place to live, a great place to work and a great place to visit. Our towns and villages are full of caring, creative and community minded people.

Our Borough oozes passion and dynamism!

As a Council, we are unashamedly ambitious for our Borough and we are about much more than the services we provide to residents and businesses. This document sets out what your elected councillors and our talented Council staff want to achieve.

It contains our priorities that we believe will make Tunbridge Wells an even better place to live, work and play.

I hope you enjoy exploring our Strategic Plan

Cllr Ben Chapelard

Leader of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council

Public consultation on our draft Strategic Plan 2024-29 opens on Friday 2 February for six weeks, ending on Friday 15 March.

This first stage of the consultation is to check that the priorities and direction we propose are broadly correct.

Please read the plan and take the survey, telling us what you think of the priorities and making any suggestions of your own.

Feedback from this consultation will be used to update the plan’s priorities. We will then add a set of actions for the projects and initiatives that will deliver the priorities, at which point we will put the plan out to consultation again during summer 2024.

If you would like a paper copy of the plan and survey, you can download and print them or email consultations@tunbridgewells.gov.uk
