Design Your Town: art competition for under 18s!We're asking residents aged 18 and under to provide an A4 drawing of their ideal town centre there are no limits, let your imagination run wild! Better streets for St John's and St James'
In response to concerns raised by residents about traffic and parking in local streets, TWBC commissioned Phil Jones Associates to work with officers, councillors and residents on the Better Streets project for the St John's and St James' areas of Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The aim of the project is to understand residents' concerns in detail and then to prepare designs to make the streets in these areas safer and more pleasant for walking, wheeling and cycling.View the vision document and feed back on Talking Point. | |

Focus group for women working in the hospitality industry
We are offering £20 shopping or restaurant vouchers to eight female residents working in the hospitality industry. Got an awkward or bulky item to dispose of? Our bulky waste collection service will remove heavy or large items too big to fit in your bin. To visit the household waste recycling centre at North Farm you must book a slot in advance using the Kent County Council booking system.
Remember you can put old batteries out during your recycling collection week and small electrical items and textiles on your household waste collection week.
