Remembrance in Tunbridge WellsAll are welcome to attend the Service of Remembrance, Thanksgiving and Dedication which will take place from 10.45am on 10 November at the War Memorial in Royal Tunbridge Wells.
The Mayor, Councillor Nancy Warne, will join representatives of the Royal British Legion and other local organisations for the service.

Porchlight 50Porchlight turns 50 this year, but the charity is not celebrating.
Not whilst the average age of death for people living on the streets is 45 for men and just 43 for women.
Porchlight, the Kent based homeless charity, in recognition of turning 50 years old this year, will be having installations of tents pitched around various Kent locations.
The installation will be coming to Tunbridge Wells, located outside of RVP, between 5-7 November.

Your food waste is collected weekly on the same day as your recycling or household waste collection and it may be collected by a separate lorry at a different time of the day.
Got an awkward or bulky item to dispose of? Our bulky waste collection service will remove heavy or large items too big to fit in your bin. To visit the household waste recycling centre at North Farm you must book a slot in advance using the Kent County Council booking system.
Remember you can put old batteries out during your recycling collection week and small electrical items and textiles on your household waste collection week.
