Tunbridge Wells Parent and Carer Support GroupFor parents and carers of young adults aged 18-24 who self-harm, or are at risk of self-harming or suicide, a new group starts January 2023. One You Kent Weight Management One You Kent have free 12-week weight management groups starting in January 2023. Groups include Monday daytime online, Wednesday evening online and Thursday daytime at the Camden Centre. If you are interested in finding out more, please complete our referral form.
